Before you start applying the oil to your hair, you need to warm it up a bit. You can do this one of two ways.
- You can place the mason jar in a pot with warm water for about a minute or,
- You can place it uncovered in a microwave for 10-15 seconds.
Now that you have your hair growth oil warm and ready, you can use your fingertips to massage it into your scalp while making circular motions. You can then use a wooden comb (stay away from the plastic ones) to start brushing your scalp as well. By doing this along with massaging with your fingers, you are allowing the oils to penetrate your scalp and stimulate new hair growth.
For best results, you can use this oil daily or at minimum, 3-5 times per week.
